Fees

Eckersley Medical Centre is a doctor-owned private billing practice. Fees are billed at the individual doctor’s discretion.

Children 15 and under and DVA card holders are bulk billed.

Discount fees are offered to patients holding a pension concession card or health care card.

If you have extenuating circumstances please discuss with your treating doctor.

Failure to attend an appointment:  If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify our team a minimum of two hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Failure to attend without notification will result in a fee being charged. This fee is non-refundable from Medicare.

Procedure fees vary  – please discuss with your treating doctor or reception at time of booking.

A full list of fees are available on request at reception.

No cash accepted.

A small surcharge applies to card payments – these fees are associated with the TYRO machines and do not provide any profit to the practice.

Eckersley Medical Centre is fully compliant with Australian privacy laws and the RACGP standards for management of your personal and health information.
